| MISSION: | To contribute to a better life for all by ending the repetitive experiential cycles of the chronically addicted and poor, including the formerly incarcerated, by providing a comprehensive and locally delivered suite of services. | ||||
| SERVICES: | Advice, counselling, and related assistance including referrals, case planning, oversight and housing assistance, to minimize the factors that impede recovery and self-reliance for the chronically addicted and poor. | ||||
